Huzzah for snows

Indeedy...the snow has fallen upon us (and all in my hair and up my nose and in my bag). I do like the snow, it fills me with that warm fuzzy feeling inside. In fact, today has been a very good day all round. We did our practical for Medical Biology today, which involved basically a physical which we will correlate to birth weight. Funnily, I weigh less than I thought I did, am taller than I thought, have a very good waist:hip ratio and my blood pressure, although still low, has improved somewhat. My fitness is brilliant too, which is surprising as I have just come our from a 6 week hibernating/lazy holiday where all I did was eat, drink and merrily not do any exercise. At all. Just lay in bed. So good news on the physical front.

Secondly, my mother landed herself a new fab job. I am so proud of her for just persevering and being proactive during the difficult time she was having. Big up the mimenator!

Thirdly, today is the Oh-so-lovely naku's b-day. Any day that involves compulsory cake has to be a good one. I in fact baked one in honour of this momentous day, and am slowly working my way through it. Thanks Les for the excuse for me to stuff my face^^

And lastly....snow for god's sake, snow's a fabulous reason to have a good day . Who says January's a depressing time of the year, I've never felt better =D
